| Here is our whippet friend, Tara, who lives with her family Roger and Mary Jones in Birmingham, U.K. Tara rescued the Jones family five years ago when she was living at the Dogs Home in Birmingham. At first they were considering several different breeds of dog, but Tara set them straight right away. Now, they would never have anything but a whippet (or a greyhound!)  Here's a picture of Tara in a very thoughtful moment. |  Tara likes lots of pillows when she naps. When she first came to live with the Jones family, they had silly rules like "no dogs on the furniture, no coming upstairs, and no dogs sleeping in the beds." Tara quickly re-educated them about that nonsense. She now sleeps wherever she likes, and everyone is happy. She even gets her own holiday to the Seaside where she loves to run on the beach! |
