Grant, Vicki, Rebecca and Matt Closter, dairyfarmers from Langkoop, Victoria, Australia, sent these pictures of their beautiful, year old whippet, Tippy.
 During her first week at home, Tippy fractured her leg and had to stay quiet for three weeks. As everyone knows, this is an impossibility for a whippet puppy! She recovered with no ill effects, and is fine now. |
 Like all whippets she loves to be IN the bed, so Matt's parents bought him a double bed. Now both Matt and Tippy have plenty of room to sleep. Here she is lying on Matt's pajamas while he's off at school. |
 Tippy has several family pets to play with, including a Jack Russell Terrier, Belle, a pet magpie Nemo, and two cats, Bebe and Gypsy. Here she is with Nemo. |

| The Closters are dairy farmers, and Tippy loves to go in the truck and feed out hay, and is now brave enough to go in the ute and on the motorbike. She's not fond of riding in the car much yet.
The Closters also rave about Tippy's personality: "She loves to sleep in our lounge chairs or she sits above us when we are in the chairs. She never licks, but gives the most beautiful "snuffleberries". "Her favourite time of the day is when the children get home from school. She nearly turns herself inside out with excitement! We all love Tippy so much. She gets so many hugs, loves and kisses she barely knows what to do with them all." "The whippet has been a truly wonderful breed of dog for us." |
