Whip-poet

Whippets are my choice of breed
While they capture the true essence
Their nature is all about incredible speed
Thus becoming part of their majestic presence.

I am neither a dog breeder
Nor do I showcase any dogs
However, I’m a whippet owner
So I write stories and keep many logs.

I have many thoughts that say
Whippets become a poet’s dream
While they can be written about everyday
A writer and a whippet become one as a team.

I consider myself somewhat of a writer
Having this feeling that I’ve always known it
Writing becomes easy because I’m a whippet insider
Based on this, you can call me an aspiring Whip-poet.
